Academic Journey and Expertise
Currently, I'm a research fellow at the university of Pisa (RTD-A), Department of Information Engineering. My research topic is the field of Trustworthy AI systems, in the two dimensions of data privacy and transparency.
My academic career commenced with a Master of Science in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Pisa, where I studied from 2003 to 2009. My doctoral research at the University of Siena, within the INFN of Pisa, was focused on the marvelous realm of matter-antimatter observables, contributing to the CDF experiment at Fermilab, Chicago. The main result of my PhD thesis was the first evidence for Bs→pipi penguin annihilatin decay.
I was then employed in an Italian stat up focused on renewable energy data analysis, when I first began to work with Artificial Intelligence.
Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence
My current research interests are focused on the field of Trustworthy AI, especially in the challegned related to data privacy and transparency
Data Science
Specialised expertise in data mining, machine learning algorithms, and advanced statistical methods applied to complex physical systems and renewable energy infrastructure.
Particle Physics
Collaboration experience at Fermilab and CERN since 2008, contributing to discoveries in elementary particle research.

TUAI
The project proposes the development of ML algorithms for diagnostics, prognostics and health management solutions for complex cyber-physical systems, in response to demands for more affordable and reliable Systems suitable for complex life cycle conditions. The project aims to the development of Digital Twins
06
SMARIERS
The project idea is to equip the UPS with a ”SMART” diagnostic system capable of becoming proactive, i.e., capable of preventing critical situations or future problems, so as to allow the operator to plan appropriate actions in advance, through the analysis of plant diagnostic data.

Wikipedia

Wing Chun

Wing Chun (Cantonese) or Yong Chun (Mandarin) is a concept-based martial art, a form of Southern Chinese kung fu, and a close-quarters system of self-defense. It is a martial arts style characterized by its focus on close-quarters hand-to-hand combat, rapid-fire punches, and straightforward efficiency. It has a philosophy that emphasizes capturing and sticking to an opponent's centerline. This is accomplished using simultaneous attack and defense, tactile sensitivity, and using an opponent's for
